Food plays an essential role in the health of joints, muscles, and bones. Learn how you can use proper nutrition to achieve performance goals, reduce chances of exercise injury and address sports injuries at home.
You'll also discover ways to treat problems with joints, bones and stiff muscles through natural nutrition and chiropractic.
Dr. Casey Jan deRoos is a member of the Life West Alumni Association. He has spoken at various health seminars in the USA to educate the public on the importance of Chiropractic and wellness care.
As Doctor of Chiropractic D.C, Cum Laude (USA) and holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology/Zoology (Canada), Dr Casey is experienced in performing extremity adjusting, myofascial release/soft tissue management and physiotherapy treatments. He thoroughly understands practical mind-body solutions toward reaching optimal health.
Dinner is served!
After the talk, you can enjoy a healthy, specially designed organic vegan dinner set meal. You may choose either the lasagna or the laksa. *All set meals come with the two sides and a dessert.
